 Job Summary:
The AI Business Development Manager is tasked with the expansion the company’s AI business segment. The role entails generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and guiding organizational strategy around artificial intelligence offerings.

#### Primary Responsibilities:
1. **Market Analysis:**
  - Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and viable income streams for AI products and services.
  - Understand the competitive landscape and position the company's AI solutions effectively.

2. **Strategy Development:**
  - Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for AI products and solutions.
  - Collaborate with the product development teams to influence the roadmap based on market needs and business potential.

3. **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:**
  - Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective business’s needs.
  - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry influencers for business growth.

4. **Sales and Negotiations:**
  - Pitch AI solutions to potential clients, negotiate contract terms, and close sales.
  - Meet or exceed annual sales targets while ensuring sustainable growth in the future.

5. **Collaboration with Technical Teams:**
  - Work closely with AI technical experts to ensure that business solutions are feasible and align with client requirements.
  - Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language for clients.

6. **Marketing Collaboration:**
  - Partner with the marketing department to ensure that campaigns are in line with business development strategies.
  - Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company’s AI solutions.

7. **Reporting and Analysis:**
  - Keep detailed records of business development activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
  - Report to management on business development strategies, successes, and areas needing improvement.

#### Job Requirements:
1. **Educational Background:**
  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. **Work Experience:**
  - Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in the AI industry.

3. **Technical Knowledge:**
  - Thorough understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and market demands.
  - Ability to grasp complex technical details and translate benefits to a business audience.

4. **Communication Skills:**
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. **Negotiation and Persuasion Skills:**
  - Strong negotiation skills with a keen ability to persuade clients and close deals.

6. **Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:**
  - Ability to develop strategic business plans and solve complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
