Employment Information
This individual must be professional and have excellent communication skills. The Receptionist is the first point of contact when customers come in and the first person to speak with over the phone.
Chaste and willing/ready to learn and grow with the company.
 
Duties:
 
Consistent attendance is required to provide departmental stability. 
Manage and coordinate the front office.
Answers, screens & routes incoming calls.
Provides information to callers or direct calls to appropriate department.
Handle telesales across internet and social handles.
Present and promote Company brands and software products.
Receiving and extraction of data and contact reach out for actual conversion into committed paying customers.
Received and manage online live chat of visiting user across all platform assigned to him/her.
Time sending of email to customers and broadcast for email marketing of newsletters and company updates.
Receives and greets visitors and guests.
Maintains and schedules meeting room reservation and Booking system management with complete feedback system with the vendors and service providers.
Manages in/out of office personnel attendance.
Manages and prepares in/out going mails, Delivery24, UPS DHL and Fedex ETC.
Maintains professionalism demeanor at all times.
Maintains accurate/detailed calendar of events; creates schedules related to the organization or Executive managements.
Creates and/or modifies documents using  Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, proflo for project and othe internal CRM tools
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: special projects, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Prepares a variety of material such as interoffice communications, correspondence, and maintains records for management board.
Assists with preparing for meetings or events as needed.
 
 
Responds to inquiries from vendors and visitors on a regular basis
 
Organizes the flow of work for the front desk and mail services
 
- Meters mail when needed on a daily basis.
 
Manage regular/legal size paper inventory for the Main Building
Assists Housekeeping Manager in managing office supplies inventory.
Assist Human Resources Department with New Employees onboarding bags.
